I’ve been fascinated by everything to do with real estate for a long time now: renting out apartments, Summer and Winter cottages, renovating old houses, and of course ready-made houses constructed on newly purchased sections.

When you buy an older house, you might not always have the time, energy, or money to cover expensive and necessary renovations and repairs. You know, all those things that you missed when you checked out the house with the building inspector.

That’s what a smarter choice can be the purchase of a dream section and then hiring a pre-fabricated house building company to build a read-made house on site. In this way, not only do you get your dream section, but also your dream house – without any hidden problems – and often for less money. So with your savings, you can decorate the house straight away, without a bad conscience :)

Älvsbyhus also builds semi-detached houses, like in the image above. You can read more about this house at Älvsbyhus.se

Älvsbyhus: Ready-made houses

I think the whole idea of turn-key houses is a really smart one, which is why I wanted to introduce Älvsbyhus to you today.

Some people might think that turn-key house solutions are boring but it really doesn’t have to be this way. A brand new, ready-made house built to your specifications on your own perfect property – well, it doesn’t sound too bad does it? :)

What do you think about the house pictures above? Would you like to live in one of those houses?

Have a great day!

Within interior design, I love the combination of old and new, a marriage of history and modernism, romanticism meeting minimalism. In addition, I have a burning passion for crispy silks, dark chocolate and long baths with a fragrance of lavender.

  1. Hi Maria! The site sounds great, of course I’d love to move in some of these gorgeous houses, the decor is awesome and just love that space with the fireplace, so cosy but chic. Kisses and hugs my dear! xo
