I hope you liked the guest post on Wednesaday from my favourtite travel blog. It was so inspiring to see Sofia’s hand-picked decor favourites from all four corners of the world. Travel is always the best source of new and exciting interior design ideas :)

Do you have some pictures or decor advice to share? Let me know! You can get your own Guest Inspiration post. Surprise me and make me happy :)

According to Feng Shui, green is associated with the element of wood. It symbolizes growth, cure, abundance, well-being, peace, happiness, co-operation and harmony. It can be used as a treatment for stress and emotional problems :)

The only good thing about this rainy Summer in Sweden is that the nature is greener than ever. Therefore, it’s only suitable with some decor inspiration ala back to nature :) Who said green is mossy and drab, it depends on how you use it. For example, using different shades of green in a room makes it calmer and more harmonic. Of course you shouldn’t have too much green, otherwise it feels like living in the woods.

Where do you think green is best suited??? And is it out or in? :)

Have a happy weekend, cuties :)

Within interior design, I love the combination of old and new, a marriage of history and modernism, romanticism meeting minimalism. In addition, I have a burning passion for crispy silks, dark chocolate and long baths with a fragrance of lavender.

  1. Lovely colours! I like very much green, brown and white! I love natural inspirations! Goodmorning my friend! Lots of kisses for you!

  2. So fresh and lovely! I adore the second-to-last photo with the patchwork quilt and ‘antlers’, it’s just perfect.

  3. Hei.
    hilsen Grethe
