The fur trend continues to be hotter than hot in the frost-bitten Swedish Winter. Not surprising considering fur’s many uses: You can wear it, you can sit on it as deluxe seat cover, you can have it beside your bed to warm cold feet in the morning, you can have it next to the sofa together with a favourite book. Last but not least, you can lie on it together with your partner in front of an open fire…hmm…fur: hot, hotter, hottest.

Did you know that according to the Humane Society, over 8 million animals are caught every year, with over 30 million animals are raised each year in fur farms :( Of course we haven’t always had the technology to create great looking fake sheepskin rugs and throws, but thesedays it’s hard to tell the difference.
Personally, I choose only the fake variety of fur, as I am a true animal lover :) Please, use fur in your home decor, but make sure it is fake. Think of the animals!
