Beds, romance and glamour
I’d like to begin this post by thanking all of my beautiful followers for your kind words about my bedroom posts this week. I’d like to finish the week with a touch of romance and glamour.
When it comes to bedroom decor, the feminine romantic style is my personal favourite. Long, crispy silk curtains in soft pink, with a feeling of life at a French manor. A mixture of old and new is needed, so that it doesn’t feel like sleeping in an antiques store :) The base, in other words wall paint, bed clothes, floor etc should be modern and light. Then, antique details (such as grandma’s chandeleir) can be used for that personal touch.

Remember that a bed is much more than just something to sleep in. It should be a sensory pleasure and eye candy to come home to for every hard-working everyday princess :)
