Jag tackar alla för era fina ord i förra julinlägget och jag hoppas er jul var lika vit och vacker som min. Det konstiga var att det kom massor av snö precis innan julafton och sedan blev det dessutom gnistrande sol. På juldagen regnade tyvärr snön bort men huvudsaken var att julafton blev vit och gnistrande.
Jag gav Jon (min lätt chockade kille:) den bästa julklappen ever, en resa till Malaga och vi åker redan den 15e Januari. Vi kommer dessutom göra ett helt inlägg om stället vi bor på och själva resan, så stay tuned. Resan blev ju även som en julklapp till mig själv på köpet och vad är väl bättre än två flugor i en smäll:)
Jag ger er i detta inlägget lite härlig nyårsinspiration i de passande kulörerna, silver och guld. Nyår för mig ska vara fest, glamour, lyx och flärd. I ett annars glam-fattigt land som Sverige är nyårsafton räddningen och ger alla chansen att agera glittrande stjärna, om så bara för en kväll:)

I thank you all for your nice words on my Christmas article and I hope your Christmas was as white and beautiful as mine. The strange thing was that there was lots of snow just before Christmas and then we had brilliant sunshine. On Christmas Day the snow rained away but the main thing was that Christmas Eve was white and glistening.
I gave Jon (my slightly shocked guy :) the best Christmas present ever – a trip to Malaga. We leave on the 15th of January. We will also do an entire post about the apartment we will be staying in, and the journey itself, so stay tuned. The trip was of course also as a Christmas present to myself as well :)
I give you in this post some lovely New Year’s inspiration in the appropriate colors, silver and gold. New Year’s for me is festive, glamor and luxury. In an otherwise glam-poor country like Sweden, New Year’s Eve comes to the rescue and gives everyone the chance to act like a shining star, if only for one night :)

What an amazing trip! We fly every summer to Malaga to travel further to Marbella/Puerto Banus in the region. Looking forward to your tips from Malaga which I’m not that familiar with. And let me know if you want any tips from the Marbella region. xo Caroline
New Year’s Eve is always a bit hard to antecipate – decor wise – because family tend to leave decisions to the last minute so I’m not very sure we’ll be staying or going out… I’d go for gold theme as I did on Christmas :)
