Vad är väl vackrare än ett väldukat långbord, vid ett bröllop krävs det dock mer planering än för en vanlig släktmiddag. Det kommer många personer och då krävs det även mycket material till flera bord med dukningar. Många blir nervösa att det inte ska bli snyggt eller hålla budgeten. Jag tycker att det hela borde avdramatiseras och att brudparet helt enkelt väljer en personlig dukning som känns rätt i hjärtat. Inget säger att man *måste* ha si eller så, det är dags att förändra gamla mossiga traditioner :)
Bra dukar till långborden och bröllopsdekoration finns här. När det kommer till porslin tycker jag man inte ska snåla, IKEA i all ära men till bröllop krävs klass och kvalitet (ett giftemål sker bara en gång i livet :) Har ni ändå ingen budget till bra porslin, finns det företag som hyr ut bra kvalitets dukning.
Blomsterarrangemang finns i hur många varianter som helst. Försök välja en stil eller ett tema, det blir lättare så. Att använda växter efter säsong på året är ett tips, nu på våren passar t.ex narcisser, liljekonvaljer och pärlhyacinter.
Använd kvistar från äppel- och körsbärsträd som utsmyckning i festlokal och kyrka. Och arbeta in vilda vårblommor, som sippor, olika klockor eller prästkragar i brudbuketten för att fira vårens första blommor. På sommaren är urvalet oändligt av sommarblommor, tänk på att ta reda på vilka blommor som slokar i sommarhettan :)

Ett höstbröllop kan bestå av rönnbärskvistar, pumpor och vackert arrangerade höstlöv. Använd ljuslyktor för att öka myshetsfaktorn. När det gäller blommor är det fortfarande många att välja på. Gerberan är i säsong med många olika färger, samma sak gäller Aster och Krysantemum. Vackert som dekoration är även hypericumbär.

Med detta sagt återstår bara själva placeringen av dukningen och här är några riktlinjer att gå efter…
Tips:
- Om du placerar tallrikarna i en rak linje på bordet så har du en bra grund att utgå från
- Glasen placeras från höger till vänster i den ordning de ska användas
- Tänk på att inte placera för mycket blommor på bordet mellan kuverten, det skymmer sikten
- En liten gåva till varje gäst vid deras sittplatser ser trevligt ut och är en dekoration i sig
- Ska bröd serveras så ska det stå framme på bordet när gästerna kommer
De här tipsen får avsluta bröllopsveckan här i Inredningsvis. Som jag tidigare sagt, försök att inte stressa ihjäl er i onödan inför ett bröllop. Det viktigaste tycker jag är att ha kul och njuta av god mat i gott sällskap. Att du i slutändan drabbas av utbrändhet ala bröllopsyra, gynnar ingen. En vigsel är trots allt en hyllning till kärleken, som fortfarande är gratis :) Nyckeln till ett lyckat partnerskap kommer alltid av ärlighet och respekt. Det är först när alla masker är av, ni kan leva lyckliga i alla era dagar.

Inspiration: Wedding table settings
What can be more beautiful than a well set wedding table? At a wedding you’ll need a bit more planning that at your average Sunday dinner. Lots of guests will be arriving, and therefore you’ll need a lot of different materials for your table settings. Many people become worried that the table settings won’t look good, or that they will blow the budget. I think the whole thing should be made less melodramatic and that the wedding couple should quite simply choose a personal setting style that feels right for them. No one says that you you absolutely *have* to have one thing or another. It’s high time to change the old traditions :)
Great settings for the wedding table and other wedding decorations can be found here. When it comes to porcelain, I don’t think you should be stingy. IKEA is great and all, but a wedding demands class and quality (a marriage happens only once in a lifetime in theory :) If you don’t have a huge budget, try looking into hiring your table setting.
There are a plethora of flower arrangements available. Try to choose a style or theme. One trick is to use flowers that are in season. Use branches from apple and cherry trees as decorations in the church and reception area. And work in wild Spring flowers if possible. During the Summer the choice of flowers is practically endless, but be sure to use flowers that won’t wilt in the Summer heat :)
An Autumn (Fall) wedding can consist of beautifully arranged Autumn leaves and other Autumn favourites. Use candles to increase the cosiness factor. There are also many flowers still to choose from in this season.
Having said all of this, there is just the layout of the table setting remaining.
Here are some tips:
- Place the plates in a straight line on the table – a good start!
- Glasses are placed from right to left in the order they should be used
- Don’t put too many flowers on the table between envelopes as they can obscure the view
- A small present to each guest at their places looks nice and is a decoration in itself
- If bread is served, it should be placed on the table ready for the guests
These tips conclude the wedding theme this week at Inredningsvis. As I already mentioned, try not to stress yourselves out unnecessarily before your wedding. The most important thing is to have fun and enjoy good food and good company. Getting burned out doesn’t help anyone. A marriage is a salute to love, which is still free :) The key to a successful partnership will always be honesty and respect. It’s only when all the guards are down that you can live happily ever after.

A wedding on the beach is so romantic (as those last photos inspire). And that would be a perfect wedding dress. One of my best friends is getting married on a beach somewhere in Greece and I think that she’s looking for that same kind of dress. :)
